Kurare Fastening Co., Ltd. has newly developed a "Magic Band" soft type that reduces thickness by 25% compared to conventional products. It can be easily wrapped around objects for binding and can be reused multiple times. By adopting a soft resin and finishing it thinly, it has become easier to wrap around thin items, and it also features minimal decrease in binding strength even after prolonged use. We have newly developed a mesh-type insect-repellent product using "Velcro®" and have begun market evaluation. The base fabric features a mesh structure that contains repellent components. By simply attaching it to insect pathways, it reduces the intrusion of pests. It is effective against various crawling insects such as ants, stink bugs, spiders, and centipedes. It can be easily installed with loops or adhesive, and due to the flexibility of the tape, it conforms to the contours of the installation surface.
