"Resin concrete" is a material that is solidified by mixing aggregates and fillers with synthetic resin (liquid resin) without using any cement hydration products, which are the binding agents in cement concrete. Thermosetting resins, particularly unsaturated polyester resins, are commonly used as liquid resins. The polymerization reaction of the liquid resin, which occurs when mixed with initiators (catalysts) and accelerators, firmly bonds the aggregates together in a short time, resulting in a hardened molded product that is dense and exhibits high strength and durability. By selecting different types and grades of liquid resin, it is also possible to add various performance characteristics, making it a highly functional material. 【Features】 ■ High strength allows for weight reduction ■ Excellent corrosion resistance ■ Strong against wear and long-lasting ■ High water impermeability ■ Various properties can be utilized (electrical insulation, vibration damping, adhesion, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

They can be used in locations where both internal and external pressures act simultaneously, such as rainwater storage pipes, siphon pipes, and agricultural pipelines. Additionally, there are three types: the RS type with the thinnest wall thickness, the RT type with the same inner diameter and wall thickness as concrete pipes, and the RM type which has the same outer diameter as concrete pipes but a larger actual inner diameter. Depending on the construction conditions, selection can be made from the economical RS type to the RT type for difficult construction. [Features] - Internal water pressure resistance - Corrosion resistance - Long-distance and sharp curve propulsion compatibility - Wear resistance - Salt damage resistance, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
