Our company was established in 1972 as a subsidiary of Tokihisa Group, specializing in plastering work. We invented "Ties Sand," a lightweight aggregate for cement admixture that improves adhesion performance and serves as an alternative to high-quality plastering sand and as a base material for mortar. It has now become a bestseller in the construction industry. Simultaneously with its sales, we formed a partnership with Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd., leveraging Sekisui's technological capabilities and our construction expertise to engage in the sales and installation of various expanded polystyrene building materials. The wet-type external insulation method "Rodi Pole," introduced from West Germany at that time, was a construction technique that was 20 years ahead of its time. Since then, we have developed, manufactured, and sold lightweight decorative materials "Esuren Mold" and stone-like plaster finishing materials "Bay Stone," utilizing the lightweight, workability, and durability of expanded polystyrene.
