The KM film method is a technique that enhances rust and corrosion resistance by applying a fluorine-based ultra-weather-resistant film and bolt caps to the entire bolt connection area, including the edge of the splice plate, bolt heads, and nut areas. 【Features】 ■ Workability Requires less construction effort and does not need complex construction procedures. ■ Corrosion Resistance The highly transparent KM cap makes it easy to check the condition of the bolts. Can be applied to both hexagonal and torx bolts. Protects corners where the coating becomes thin with KM film. Usable without issues even in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. ■ Durability Uses materials with high resistance to UV degradation compared to other products. Provides adhesive strength that can still be indicated even if bolts are pulled out due to delayed failure. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company is currently conducting mechanical research, construction research, and diagnostic technology research related to rivet joints in collaboration with multiple universities. In particular, in the construction research, we have successfully developed a construction system that improves the compactness of a series of materials and equipment related to rivet installation, as well as construction efficiency and safety, by adopting an electromagnetic induction heating method, which differs from the conventional rivet heating method. We obtained a patent for this in 2021. 【Features】 ■ Speedy construction Rivets are instantaneously heated by high-frequency induction heating, allowing them to reach a temperature suitable for installation in just a few seconds. ■ Excellent safety No need for a fire bed. No need to pass high-temperature rivets. The risk of fire is extremely low. ■ Standardized work No special skills from skilled workers are required. ■ Modular construction equipment Generator, high-frequency power supply, and heating coils are modularized. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "KM Lift Method" is a new repair technique for damage occurring at the vertical stiffeners and deck plate welds of steel deck plate box girder bridges. This method employs a different approach from conventional techniques, closely bonding the deck plate with specially designed reinforcement members to achieve a high repair effect. Additionally, the optimally placed stiffening members allow for constant visibility of the damaged weld areas. 【Features】 ■ Increases flange rigidity without disrupting traffic ■ Only two bolt holes are required for processing existing structures ■ Reinforcement members are lifted up due to the pin effect ■ Monitoring holes allow for checking the condition of crack propagation areas ■ High reinforcement effect leads to stress reduction (90% reduction in maximum stress range and 80% reduction in equivalent stress range) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationCurrently, investigations of the surface boundary and buried sections of the pillars with abnormalities identified during visual inspections are being conducted through excavation. In such cases, even pillars with minor corrosion require excavation and backfilling, leading to issues related to construction time, costs, and traffic regulations during the investigation. Therefore, we have developed a system that allows for the pre-investigation of corrosion in buried sections and screening surveys, which can reduce the need for excavation, inspection, and backfilling work. 【Features】 ■ Corrosion investigation of the buried sections of steel pillars can be conducted without excavation ■ Conducted by approximately two investigators, reducing road restrictions ■ On-site technicians can perform investigations after receiving training ■ Portable due to its simple ultrasonic inspection device *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
