Pacific Industrial was able to celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2020. This is entirely thanks to the understanding and support of our customers and many stakeholders, for which we are sincerely grateful. Under the corporate philosophy of "striving for technological development and providing high-level products that meet customer demands," we are developing our business with the long-term vision "PACIFIC GLOCAL VISION" and the medium-term management plan "OCEAN-22." Currently, the automotive industry is undergoing a major transformation that occurs once in a century, and social issues, including environmental problems, are becoming increasingly serious. Companies are also required to have a strong governance structure and a sincere attitude toward addressing social issues. In this context, this year, we identified four pillars and 15 key issues (materiality) related to our long-term vision aimed at building a sustainable society. Going forward, we will incorporate this materiality into our global business activities and promote sustainability management.
