• Incinerators and chimneys

The "carbon fiber construction method" involves applying carbon fiber sheets to the surface of existing concrete using epoxy resin. Since the carbon fiber sheets are wrapped around, it prevents concrete spalling. Multiple layers can be applied, easily achieving the desired reinforcement effect. There are no heavy machinery or fire-related work required, so the construction site can be chosen freely. • Renovation and repair methods

At Tsukasa Tech Co., Ltd., we conduct inspection surveys and diagnostics of steel chimneys. Regular inspection surveys of existing chimneys, as well as seismic and wind resistance diagnostics, are tailored to the condition of the chimney by considering and determining the inspection items. In the case of tower-supported chimneys, we perform a "visual inspection of the chimney body," as well as "visual inspections of various parts of the tower" and "inspections of safety and ancillary equipment." If any abnormalities are detected during these primary inspections, a detailed inspection will be conducted.
