In Ota Ward, a city of manufacturing, we are dedicated to supporting companies in improving their operational efficiency and expanding their sales under the motto, "We will transform your company into a profitable system through business improvement and IT." We primarily focus on providing customized business management cloud services for small and medium-sized enterprises. The target operations for our business management cloud services include: (1) customer management/sales management, (2) order project progress management, (3) order, receipt, and inventory management, (4) invoicing and payment management, (5) transportation and expense management, and (6) internal approval application workflow, all of which are equipped with basic functionalities. We have been certified as an "IT implementation support provider" and as a "specialist" in creating implementation plans. We are now in a position to utilize IT implementation support subsidies (up to 1 million yen, covering 2/3 of the implementation costs) to introduce the aforementioned business management cloud services. By leveraging this subsidy, we aim to further advance our support for operational improvements for small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the manufacturing, construction, and web production sectors in Ota Ward, Meguro Ward, and Shinagawa Ward.
