As part of the lane expansion project, it was necessary to lower a bridge section weighing over 1,200 tons and measuring 53 meters in length gradually over several days. The company's experts came up with a method to lower the bridge section using casters while aligning it with the steel framework, and contacted Wache, the distributor for Blickle. Blickle's development department devised a customized solution that met all requirements, including a low mounting height for the casters and a tread width of less than 200mm. This significantly improved the previously complex lowering method that used PTFE plates, and by using specially designed casters, the bridge section no longer got stuck. Airworks, a specialized engineering company in Italy, was looking for solutions suitable for transporting satellite components and required wheels with very low starting resistance and rolling resistance to minimize the number of operators. The company needed to mobilize the containers developed for transporting satellite equipment, and Blickle proposed using the "GB 506/80K" heavy-duty wheels. The wheel body is made of robust gray cast iron. Additionally, by incorporating the heavy-duty twin swivel caster "LSD-SPO 200K," the company's liftable swivel trolleys became easier and safer to operate. At Conductix-Wampfler, a global manufacturer of cable trolley systems, the rollers that had been used until now could not withstand harsh conditions and did not meet user satisfaction. Therefore, we introduced Blickle rollers. We supplied rollers using high-quality nylon 6 wheel centers and elastic premium polyurethane tread Blickle Besthane. As part of Cromatech's product lineup, there are vehicles and mobile systems that supply sand necessary for traction when trains depart, and the company has been using Blickle wheels and casters for some time. Although the mobile systems, which can weigh up to 1,000 kg, were able to move safely and reliably over long distances on train platforms and within railway depots, considerable force was required to move or stop maintenance equipment. Therefore, the electric drive system "ErgoMove 1000" was adopted. By using this product, the force required to move maintenance equipment was minimized.
