The "HTM Tandem Type Continuous Kneading Extruder" features a twin-screw kneading section with counter-rotating, non-intermeshing structure, and a single-screw extruder section with a larger diameter than the twin-screw, making it our unique continuous kneading extruder. It performs high-speed shearing with excellent degassing in the twin-screw kneader, allowing for low-temperature extrusion through the low-speed rotation of the separated single-screw extruder, enabling the kneading and extrusion of materials such as biomass and biodegradable resins, resulting in a highly versatile and productive extruder.
