CTE Corporation possesses extensive specialized knowledge and experience in extrusion machinery, including our patented HTM-type twin-screw extruder and steel belt sheet manufacturing equipment, as well as peripheral equipment. We offer comprehensive proposals for extrusion lines (such as pelletizing, sheet manufacturing, and blow molding) from upstream to downstream for our customers. In recent years, we have also been developing eco-friendly extrusion equipment. We have enabled the compounding of wood powder made from container packaging recycling materials and construction waste using the HTM-type twin-screw extruder, and the extrusion manufacturing of WPC products such as decks, flooring materials, louver materials, and columns using the IPE-type single-screw extruder. CTE Corporation will exhibit at the High-Performance Materials Week "High-Performance Plastics Exhibition (PLASTIC JAPAN)" held at Makuhari Messe from November 12 (Wednesday) to 14 (Friday), 2025. Through the display of actual machines and models of the HTM series extruders developed based on our patented technology "Bidirectional Rotation and Non-Engaging Type Twin Screw," we will introduce solutions for improving the productivity of challenging compounding processes.
