Free membership registrationIn the construction method of the mechanical stirring type deep mixing treatment using conventional cement-based solidifying material slurry, a new technology has been introduced by installing the cement milk discharge ports above and below the stirring blades. During excavation, slurry is injected from the lower discharge port, and during extraction, it is injected from the upper discharge port, maximizing stirring efficiency and enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with minimal strength variation. (The stirring device has been patented.) Furthermore, as a result of pursuing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, significant improvements have been realized through this new technology. In 2007, it obtained a construction technology performance certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association as the "Three S G Method." In 2009, the first revision was made, and the "Three S G-cube Method" (G-Cube Method) was developed for small-scale buildings. In 2011, a second revision was made based on accumulated construction results, achieving an expansion of the application range and a significant improvement in cost performance. Efforts are also being made to enhance practical training within the method association. Various training programs for obtaining certification have been recognized as eligible for subsidies from the Human Resource Development Support Grant (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Capability Development Grant (JMAF Foundation), establishing an educational system for method engineers.

Free membership registrationTo enhance our sales and construction system, we are currently recruiting members for our construction method association (those who have obtained construction implementation rights)! Please feel free to contact us regarding areas and conditions! *We are particularly focusing on recruitment in the Tohoku and Hokuriku areas.* □ By acquiring our unique construction method technology, you can differentiate yourself from other companies. □ With our comprehensive technical support and skill training system, we can cultivate high-level technicians. □ We support your business expansion by utilizing our nationwide network of association members. The Three S G Method involves attaching a special excavation and mixing wing to a dedicated machine (crawler type). During excavation, slurry is ejected from the lower discharge port, and during retrieval, the lot is rotated in reverse to spray slurry from the upper discharge port. By always positioning the slurry discharge in front of the direction of the special excavation and mixing wing, we enhance mixing efficiency and improve the quality of the modified body. 【Features】 ● Our unique mixing mechanism (patented) achieves a coefficient of variation of 25% for sandy soil, clayey soil, and loam ground. ● Our original strength verification system allows for economical quality control. ● Column diameters range from φ400mm to φ1300mm. ● Applicable for improvement lengths of up to 20.5m.
