"Kiritsuke" is the process of finishing the flatness and straightness of sliding surfaces (sliding surfaces) and reference plates of ultra-precision machine tools and measuring instruments with high accuracy. It is an indispensable technique for ultra-precision machine tools and measuring instruments, achieving flatness of less than 2 microns by hand.
