Ōkawa City, located at the mouth of the Chikugo River flowing into the Ariake Sea in central Kyushu. Founded in 1958, the company shifted from manufacturing fittings to indoor furniture, leading to the establishment of Shiki Interior Industry Co., Ltd. in January 1994. We have sought to break away from mass production that does not align with the times and to create what we truly want, enriching lives. We have explored what we can do to achieve this. It is not about self-satisfaction, but about being considerate of the environment and creating inspiration and smiles in everyday life. How happy it would be as creators if we could achieve that. We have gradually been able to imbue our furniture with such thoughts, refine our skills, and create new values, turning our aspirations into tangible forms.
