We finish kraft paper into a tubular shape. It can be sealed on both sides, and is available in both sheet and roll finishes. Using kraft paper eliminates the use of plastic, making it possible to dispose of it as waste paper. Applications: As packaging material and protective material for products. This is a product wrapped in cushioning paper for fragile items and ceramics, sealed on three sides. Normally, it would be opened from a flat state into an accordion shape for packaging, but since it is sealed in an envelope shape on three sides, the wrapping process becomes easier. It is made of paper material with a glued shape, so it does not use plastics such as polyethylene. It can be disposed of as waste paper, making it an environmentally friendly product. Before expanding into an accordion shape, it is in a flat bag state, so it does not take up much space. In addition to kraft paper, we also offer color types and printed types. We can flexibly accommodate desired sizes. It can be used as cushioning material for beverage bottles, as well as for shipping small items like CDs.

Cushion paper is used as cushioning material for wine and beverage bottles, and by making it into a tubular shape, it allows for easy packaging. Both sides are glued in a seal-like manner, and since the center is hollow, it can be packaged by inserting items from the top. Before opening, it is in a flat sheet form like regular paper, so it does not take up much space and allows for efficient use of space. Since it is made entirely of paper, it is an environmentally friendly product. It can be disposed of as waste paper.

• Packaging materials

Laminated board is a harder board made by heat-pressing together cardboard or other types of rigid paper commonly used in cardboard. It can be processed from a minimum thickness of 1 mm to a maximum thickness of 10 mm, and depending on the combination of layered papers, it can achieve strength comparable to plywood. Since it is composed entirely of glued paper, it can be disposed of as burnable waste. *However, because polyethylene is used for heat pressing, it cannot be disposed of as recycled paper. It can be made with a combination of brown paper and white paper, but it is also possible to have all brown or all white. The surface material can be freely changed. It is also possible to add water resistance, or to use colored paper for printing on the surface. Additionally, if you want to use special paper on the surface, prototypes can be made. In addition to the conventional sheet type, a roll type has become available. With the sheet type, the standard size is 250mm x 300mm, and the length cannot be changed for each product. With the roll type, it can be cut for each packaged product, allowing for waste-free usage. Applications: Packaging ceramics during moving, bottles such as wine and sake, and as cushioning material for ceramics in retail stores. Since the length can be selected, for wine bottles, it can wrap the entire bottle, and in retail stores, suitable cushioning packaging can be provided for each product. As it is made from craft paper, it can be disposed of as waste paper (using the same disposal method as cardboard), addressing environmental issues. The diameter can be rolled from a minimum of 25mm to a maximum of 500mm.

It serves as corner protectors to prevent cargo collapse and protect against damage during the shipment of goods. It is shaped in an L-shape, making it easy to secure. Since it is made from bonded cardboard, it is made from 100% paper. This allows the recipient to dispose of it as recycled paper, making it an environmentally friendly product. Main Uses: ○ Preventing cargo collapse when stacking cardboard on pallets When stacking cardboard over 1 meter high, it is prone to collapsing. Securing it with angles on the sides and top further helps prevent collapse. ○ Protecting against marks when securing products with PP bands When products are tightly secured with PP bands during shipment, the force of the bands can sometimes cause damage to the products. Benefits of cushion paper: - It serves as a cushioning material that utilizes a natural texture. - Being made of paper, it reduces the burden of waste disposal for customers. - Until used, it is just flat paper, so it doesn't take up much space. Color cushion paper is available in a total of 33 colors. Customers can choose colors that match the products they want to package.
