Free membership registrationThe "SAVE-SP Method" is a liquefaction countermeasure technique that uses ultra-small construction machinery to inject sand, which has been made pumpable, into the ground through a rod, thereby compacting the soil. It is possible to perform construction in narrow spaces and to compact the ground directly beneath existing structures. The sand, which has been mixed with a fluidizing agent and made pumpable (fluidized sand), is injected into the ground from the rod that has been driven to a specified depth, compacting the surrounding soil. The fluidity of the pumped sand disappears due to dewatering during discharge and the action of the added slow-acting plasticizer, forming good ground conditions. 【Features】 ■ Uses ultra-small construction machinery ■ Capable of liquefaction countermeasures directly beneath existing structures ■ Vibration-free and low noise ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness ■ Environmentally friendly construction method ■ October 2014, National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management, Construction Technology Review Certificate No. 37 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "SAVE Composer" is a sand compaction pile method that enables construction in close proximity to existing structures by performing compaction without vibration. In addition to sand, various materials such as crushed stone and recycled materials can be used, and the same construction machine can easily change the pile diameter, allowing for the creation of composite piles with sand drains. We also offer a technology called "SAVE Composer HA," which adds two features to this method: improved penetration capability and a bottom management method. 【Features】 ■ Vibration-free and low-noise method, minimizing impact on the surrounding environment ■ Enables construction close to existing structures ■ Applicable to various ground conditions, not only sandy soils but also clayey soils ■ Can be used for the same improvement purposes as conventional sand compaction pile methods ■ Uses a new construction management system (CONOS) for construction management ■ NETIS registration number CB-160026-VE ( SAVE Composer HA ) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "FTJ Method" is a two-stream solidification material slurry injection and mixing method that enables the creation of large cross-sections at once by injecting high-pressure, high-flow solidification material slurry from multiple nozzles located at the tips of mixing blades. It allows for construction at more than double the speed, achieving cost reduction and shortening of construction periods. Additionally, we also offer the "FTJ-FAN Method," a swinging multi-stream solidification material slurry injection and mixing method that controls the injection direction to create improved shapes with fan or rectangular cross-sections. 【Features】 ■ Large diameter and high-speed construction ■ Reliable construction management ■ Wide range of applicable ground conditions ■ Highly mobile, self-propelled small construction machinery ■ Reduced impact of displacement *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the offshore version of our backfilling sand compaction pile method, "Composer." By utilizing a positioning system that employs VRS-GPS (network-type RTK-GPS positioning), we can measure the position of the work vessel in real-time using GPS, allowing for precise movement and stabilization of the work vessel at the designated placement location. This method involves driving a vibrating casing pipe to a specified depth, then extracting and backfilling it repeatedly to create well-compacted sand piles with a large diameter within soft ground, thereby stabilizing the ground. 【Features】 ■ Wide range of applicable ground and improvement purposes ■ Economical construction method ■ Capable of construction at great water depths and depths ■ Reliable creation of composer piles ■ High reliability in construction management and quality control ■ Utilization of work vessel position and navigation information systems *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the land-based version of our rebound-type sand compaction pile method, "Composer." Using a vibrating hollow pipe, the "rebound construction" method repeatedly penetrates, extracts, and re-injects to create large, well-compacted sand piles in soft ground, thereby stabilizing the ground. This method was developed and put into practical use by our company, and it has been adopted in various parts of the world, with a construction record of 380,000 km of piles. 【Features】 ■ Wide range of applicable ground and improvement purposes ■ Highly reliable construction management and quality control ■ Ensured creation of composer piles ■ Excellent versatility ■ Effective utilization of construction by-products *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "CI-CMC-HG method" is a deep mixing treatment method for large-diameter, low-displacement applications. To further enhance penetration capability, it employs a super-hard auger equipped with a high-torque inverter motor that has approximately twice the torque of the CI-CMC method auger. This allows for application to super-hard ground such as gravelly soils with an N value exceeding 50. Additionally, it is possible to use a tip discharge mechanism that injects air and slurry from the tip of the mixing shaft as a penetration aid, making it adaptable to a wide range of hard ground. 【Features】 ■ Improved penetration capability due to the hard auger ■ Enhanced penetration capability through the tip discharge mechanism ■ Realization of optimal construction cycles ■ Reduction of mechanical load on underground obstacles ■ NETIS registration number QS-200009-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
