Nangoku Zokusan Co., Ltd. is a general trading company based in Kagoshima, established in 1945. It operates four business divisions: the "Energy Business Division," which manages gas stations and sells gas and industrial energy across Kyushu; the "Information and Communication Business Division," which focuses on mobile phone services such as smartphones and IT business; the "Construction Materials Business Division," which designs, constructs, and sells building and civil engineering materials; and the "Machinery and Equipment Business Division," which designs, constructs, and sells life and industrial lifelines. In particular, the company is heavily involved in urban redevelopment projects in front of Kagoshima Chuo Station, having completed the Nangoku Center Building and the Kagoshima Chuo Terminal Building in 2012, which have become landmarks in Kagoshima. Moving forward, as a regional general trading company, it aims to contribute to local development through new business hubs and urban development.
