We would like to introduce the manufacturing process of World Pole's "Steel Pipe Columns." In the "Welding" process, skilled welders and young aspiring welders carefully and accurately assemble the components using alternating current arc welding machines and semi-automatic welding machines. In the "Plating and Coating" process, we enhance the decorative and weather-resistant qualities of the product by forming a coating on its surface. We use high-weather-resistant paint designed for automotive coatings, and we are confident in the high quality of our surface finishes. All of our products are handmade by skilled artisans. Solar-powered lighting panels have been installed on our premises since the end of last year. These were set up for the purpose of studying the relationship between power generation and weather data, in collaboration with Leaflight Co., Ltd., the lighting manufacturer, a weather information company, and a telecommunications manufacturer. The installation process began by digging a one-meter square hole at the installation site, into which a foundation was embedded. The foundation's anchor was aligned with the base of the lighting pole, secured with bolts, and equipment such as batteries was set up inside the lighting pole. Finally, the lighting was tested to confirm it was operational, and the work was completed.
