"Door.Gate" is a wall-mounted access control device that is ideal for VIP lounges and exclusive member areas within stadiums and live venues. This device enables management of entry to designated areas accessible only to invited and authorized guests and personnel. The sophisticated design of Door.Gate features an intuitive ticket reader that can accommodate various data carriers (barcodes, QR codes, RFID, and NFC). Additionally, the 7-inch touch panel display supports PIN input and can display facility information and advertisements. "Door.Gate 'Pedestal'" is a product that sets the Door.Gate on a pedestal. The pedestal is equipped with Wi-Fi, a large-capacity battery, and casters, making it easy to move to necessary locations within the facility and providing an access solution that can operate for up to 10 hours. By enabling self-check-in, it reduces the number of contacts with people and decreases the number of personnel required for entry management, allowing staff to focus on venue guidance and safety management.

At SNOW EXPO JAPAN 2024, held at Pacifico Yokohama from February 13 to 14, we implemented a touchless entry approval system for visitors using IC cards commonly used for ski resort lift tickets for the first time. The system utilized was the Handshake.Logic entry and exit system and the automatic authentication machine Door.Gate Pedestal provided by Ski Data LLC. ~Voice of the Organizer~ To introduce new technology to our visitors, we aimed to implement a new system for smooth entry at the 2024 SNOW EXPO JAPAN. By adopting Ski Data's system, we felt that we achieved very efficient entry. Initially, there were concerns about whether it would be successful, but seeing customers intuitively hold their tickets up to the authentication machine for entry made us very happy as it turned out to be smoother than expected. We hope to continue incorporating the latest technology to enhance customer convenience.
