We are pleased to announce that Intertek Certification Co., Ltd. has been officially registered as a Verification Body for the "GX League," led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The GX League is a framework aimed at achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, where organizations disclose their greenhouse gas emission reduction targets and initiatives to society, promoting transparent and reliable decarbonization management. Registered verification bodies play a role in verifying the conformity and validity of the emission data and reduction plans submitted by companies participating in the GX League, ensuring their reliability as a third party. Our company has previously supported corporate decarbonization as a verification body registered with Tokyo and Saitama Prefectures, conducting verifications based on international standards such as ISO 14064 and ISO 14067 for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and product carbon footprints (CFP). Through this registration as a GX League Verification Body, we will provide reliable third-party verification services that comply with the requirements to organizations participating in the GX League and will continue to strive to offer optimal verification services as a partner in promoting GX.
