Sanyo Life Material Co., Ltd. was established on October 1, 2020, through the merger of two companies in the Sanyo Trading Group: Azuro Co., Ltd., which specializes in the handling of raw materials and pharmaceutical ingredients primarily imported from India, and NKS Corporation, which excels in the import and sale of organic acids for food additives from France and China. Additionally, it incorporated the hot melt and related equipment adhesive business, as well as the Tritec business related to civil engineering materials, from Sanyo Trading. The name "Life Material" reflects the company's commitment to handling a wide range of raw materials and materials in the life sciences sector. As a specialized trading company dealing with a broad spectrum of raw materials and materials in the life sciences field, we will fully leverage our strengths in niche areas and contribute to societal development by providing materials that enrich people's lives.
