The "Kuraemon Pad," Japan's No. 1 electronic blackboard developed and sold by Lukure, has fully adapted to electronic submissions for public works projects. By using it in conjunction with the construction photo management software "Kuraemon Goyotashi 17 Professional," the creation of blackboards with construction photo information and the sorting of construction photos into ledgers have been automated in accordance with the digital photo management information standards (draft) set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, NEXCO, and the Metropolitan Expressway. The "Kuraemon Pad" is a construction photo management system that utilizes an electronic blackboard and cloud services. Traditionally, construction photos were taken using a wooden blackboard and a camera, but with the "Kuraemon Pad," it is now possible to consistently input shooting information, take construction photos with an electronic blackboard based on that information, and automatically create a ledger of the photos taken using a tablet device with a camera and cloud services. As a result, the time required for writing on the blackboard, taking construction photos, and organizing them has been reduced to about one-fourth of the previous time, achieving labor savings.
