• Parts and Materials

Equipped with a key lock function using a padlock (sold separately). This model is oil-free and complies with the RoHS directive (10 substances). It allows for reliable locking in both fully open and fully closed states, preventing accidents caused by unintended contact with the handle or vibrations, and is effective in preventing equipment and piping failures as well as enhancing safety measures. Parts are degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, they are assembled without using any grease or oil by hand, and shipped in individual packaging. Additionally, due to the full bore equivalent specification where the inner diameter of the connecting piping is almost the same as the valve bore diameter, fluid resistance is low when fully open, and pressure loss is minimized. Moreover, there are numerous achievements in custom-made (specification changes) products based on this model.

• Piping Equipment

At Hamai, we are capable of manufacturing custom-made valves that cater to various industrial machinery, equipment, and piping, centered around ball valves. We can accommodate not only simple parts replacements but also modifications to the main body shape and combinations of different standards, allowing for fully customized designs. Special specifications such as heat resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, oil-free specifications, and low environmental impact can also be supported.

• Piping materials (copper pipes, cast iron pipes)

A small pneumatic automatic valve made of stainless steel, equivalent to a large flow and full bore. It has a flange connection, allowing for disassembly and cleaning of internal components such as the ball. Additionally, the aluminum actuator equipped with a rack and pinion mechanism is high-torque, lightweight, and compact, capable of rotating in 90° increments. It is ideal for piping in tight spaces and for installation in devices that require miniaturization. Furthermore, there are numerous achievements in custom-made (specification changes) products based on this model.

• Piping Equipment

The piping component "ball valve" includes a lineup of products such as "brass ball valves" like the BBS series, which emphasizes versatility and cost-effectiveness, and "stainless steel ball valves" like the BSS series, tailored to the needs of the chemical and food industries.
