We would like to introduce a case where our "precast invert" was adopted for the Bandaki Tunnel on the Nishinomiya-Kita Road in Hyogo Prefecture. The Bandaki Tunnel experienced bulging over a length of approximately 10 meters, but the site had no detour routes, making it difficult to impose a full-day traffic restriction on the bus route. As a result, a precast invert that allows for full closure at night and full opening during the day was adopted. "Sepinon" is a snow eave prevention board used for snow protection and preventing snow eaves. In areas with heavy snowfall, snow that accumulates at the entrance of sheds, shelters, or tunnels can grow larger towards the downwind side, forming a snow eave (seppi: snow canopy). The technology involves constructing a reinforced soil wall using geogrids to protect target objects from falling rocks. By utilizing a three-dimensional honeycomb structure geocell made of high-density polyethylene as a buffer material and high-performance single-sized crushed stone as the infill material, it can withstand falling rock energy of up to 4500 kJ. This technology involves constructing reinforced soil walls using geogrids to protect target objects from avalanches or to change the direction of avalanche flow to guide it to a safe location. The technology is a cushioning method using expanded polystyrene for rockfall mitigation. The "SAM Foam," made of expanded polystyrene, is extremely lightweight with a density about 1/100 that of sand, significantly reducing dead weight. Additionally, due to its lightweight nature, it does not require large construction machinery for transportation and installation, allowing for manual labor. "DsGuard" is a protective fence designed to respond to small-scale avalanches and falling snow, capable of accumulating snow on D-shaped structures to protect roads. It has been improved from the Snow Keeper to enable response to small-scale avalanches. The "PCL method" of Nippon Samicon is a self-supporting lining method that constructs PCL panels divided into multiple segments on the upper half of the tunnel's interior. It is primarily used in road tunnels, but can also be utilized for the repair and reinforcement of waterway tunnels, as well as for the lining of newly constructed NATM tunnels. PCL panels are highly durable due to strict quality control, and their surfaces can be treated with paint or embedded with lighting inserts. Furthermore, by filling the space between the PCL panels and the surrounding ground with backfill, high stability can be expected even under unexpected loads.
