At Hattori Manufacturing, we are pursuing limitless challenges in unmanned factories.
We produce tens of thousands of parts using multi-axis automatic lathes and accept orders starting from dozens with NC automatic lathes. Regardless of the quantity, we work diligently day and night to satisfy QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery). The NC automatic lathes operate 24 hours a day, even on holidays, enabling cost reduction.
Business Activities
Three multi-axis automatic lathes (Tsugami, Miyano) and 35 NC automatic lathes, including Tsugami models B0326, B204, B018, B012, and Citizen models F25, F12, L16, B12, BL12, L20, as well as Miyano models BNC20T, BNC34T, BND34T, BNJ42S, and Star Precision SH12, etc., are used for metal cutting processing. Mainly processing brass rods, free-cutting steel, and aluminum free-cutting. We also machine SUS303 and SUS304.
