In recent jet grouting methods, there has been a demand for high-speed construction on site. Additionally, the jet grouting method always faces issues such as the use of large amounts of hardening materials and the discharge of significant amounts of slurry. The concept of the PJG method allows for the adjustment of the improvement range in necessary areas, leading to a reduction in the amount of hardening materials used and the volume of slurry discharged. **Principle** To address the shortcomings of the jet grouting method, we have developed a new construction device and a porous pipe. The most significant feature of this method lies in the mechanism for discharging the cut spoil. Traditionally, the jet grouting method relied solely on air lifting for spoil discharge. In contrast, the MJS method forcibly sucks the spoil into a dedicated pipe and transports it to the surface, allowing for construction at any angle from horizontal to diagonal.
