Business Activities
Our company, as part of the Taiyo Nippon Sanso Group, engages in the production of various gas supply equipment for semiconductor, LCD, and solar cell factories, as well as the installation and connection work of equipment after installation, backed by advanced gas engineering. We are also well-versed in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, providing a comprehensive range of services including modifications, testing, maintenance, overhauls, supply of related parts, repairs, calibration, regeneration, and cleaning, along with various proposals aimed at improving equipment operational efficiency. Given this background, we will develop a proposal-based business that contributes to our customers' high production efficiency. We promise to contribute to total production cost reduction in the upcoming IoT (Internet of Things) era. 1. Proposals for equipment modification applications and maintenance to improve production efficiency. 2. Proposals for various energy-saving controllers to meet the energy-saving era. 3. Proposals for applications that significantly reduce cleaning time for various wet equipment. 4. Proposals for applications that dramatically improve the maintenance frequency around vacuum piping. 5.
