Yamashita Lumber Co., Ltd.'s main business is lumber processing. We mainly handle local materials such as "Mimasaka Cedar" and "Mimasaka Cypress." Lumber processing involves using logs to produce structural materials known as "columns" and "beams," as well as "intermediate studs" and "rafters," which are referred to as "non-structural materials." Our company, in particular, has cultivated lumber processing and drying techniques through our extensive experience over a long history. Currently, we produce products with a moisture content of 20% or less, including structural and non-structural materials, under the Mimasaka KD brand. We also manufacture and sell JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) products, flooring, and interior materials, ensuring they can be used with confidence.
