"Ipané Q" is a housing panel developed to pursue shortened construction periods and cost performance. It is made of rigid polyurethane foam and a collection of small independent bubbles wrapped in a mesh, making it resistant to water and moisture, with minimal performance degradation over time, and excellent earthquake resistance, thus preventing condensation. "Heavy Wall" manufactures original order panels suitable for each building. With a high wall ratio of 4.0, it eliminates internal load-bearing walls and allows for large openings in the outer perimeter of residential panels. Due to its flush wall design, it can be installed from the interior side between columns without worrying about scaffolding. Since insulation materials and panels are produced consistently in our own factory, we maintain stable quality at a high level. Panels are delivered to the site with thorough management, including nailing to surface materials according to wall ratios based on panel layout drawings for each site, and filling insulation materials without gaps. Because the load-bearing surface material and insulation are integrated into one panel, it eliminates differences in the skills of on-site workers and further shortens construction time. The "HIP Roof" is a high-performance roofing panel that allows for insulation, heat shielding, and heat discharge to be installed simultaneously. Utilizing the adhesive properties of rigid polyurethane foam insulation, the panel is formed in the factory by integrating the rafters, ensuring that the insulation material is filled without gaps. FP urethane insulation panels are panels that excel at eliminating gaps, which are one of the causes of housing deterioration, by integrally molding the wooden frame and insulation material. They are designed to provide excellent earthquake resistance and durability, prevent housing corrosion due to condensation and humidity, and ultimately offer long-lasting homes with high asset value.
