Yahatahama Lumber Cooperative is a state-of-the-art sawmill specializing in domestic cypress and domestic cedar. Since 1975, Yahatahama Lumber Cooperative has been engaged in direct sales for the purpose of joint marketing in the production area. In response to the recent trend of large-scale sawmills and competition between production areas, in January 2011, we consolidated member sawmills into one and commenced operations at our state-of-the-art facility. With one of Japan's leading cypress production areas as our backdrop, we are committed to delivering domestic wood products that meet market needs by combining our long-cultivated know-how in lumber processing with the latest equipment.
