Kondo Yoko Co., Ltd.'s business involves various can processing and the manufacturing of plant-related auxiliary hardware. These products are not mass-produced. Therefore, there is no production manual. After receiving an order, we supplement and modify the drawings based on the customer's requests regarding quality and delivery time, and we carry out the production and installation of the finished products under the management and supervision of Kondo Yoko. For processes that cannot be handled in-house, we collaborate with nearby partners who have specialized equipment and technology, creating a regional division of labor system for production. Additionally, to meet urgent customer requests and minimize factory downtime for short delivery requests, we provide services through "mobile factories" that enable on-site measurements and welding work using portable equipment. Kondo Yoko has been engaged in manufacturing based on this advanced division of labor and agile repair work system for 50 years.
