Our company mainly specializes in the production of cushioning materials and packing using urethane sponge materials in small lots, starting from a single prototype. The processing methods include punching using die molds and cutting and machining using cutting plotters (with a processing range of 1300x2500, capable of cutting urethane and resin materials). If there are drawings available, we can start discussions based on the physical product rather than just on the desk, which shortens the process of product manufacturing. We can perform punching on thick materials (up to 100mm for punching and 50mm for the plotter) as well as on thin and wide materials. Factory tours are also available. We also offer low-temperature sintering and thin-film fluorine coating (under 1μ). This provides non-stick, slip-resistant, anti-soiling, water-repellent, and oil-repellent effects. Glass coating is also available, offering various benefits such as heat resistance, corrosion prevention, UV protection, and dirt prevention.
