We would like to introduce our achievements in the mass production development of resin gears. Polyamide-imide (PAI) is a high-performance polymer belonging to the imide-based thermoplastic resin category, usable from ultra-low temperatures up to 260°C. It offers excellent mechanical strength, low thermal expansion, and outstanding thermal stability. We would like to introduce our achievements in the development of resin solenoid valves. Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline linear aromatic polymer composed of repeating units of oxy-1,4-phenylene-oxy-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene. We would like to introduce our achievements in the development of automatic insert systems. We established a fully automated production system for insert molding through the introduction of vertical injection molding and an automatic insert supply system robot (joint development with a manufacturer). In the second generation, we achieved automation of precision insert molding, and in the third generation, we realized simultaneous two-axis insertion and a consistent finishing process. Polyetherimide is an amorphous thermoplastic resin that combines imide bonds, which exhibit excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties, with ether bonds, which demonstrate good processability. Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is a resin with a simple chemical structure composed of benzene and sulfur, which possesses excellent chemical resistance and self-extinguishing properties without the addition of flame retardants.
