Have you ever experienced that the product ended up in a different form by the time it was completed, despite having designed it? We handle everything from planning and idea development to styling, CAD data creation, mock-up production, and manufacturing support in a consistent manner. All processes are approached with a design philosophy in mind. We model according to your preferences, whether it’s creating design CAD data from sketches or reverse engineering from scanned data. We also accommodate styling that takes into account internal mechanisms and movement, as well as creation that considers design requirements for molds. High-quality design CAD data (Class-A surfaces) High-precision design data created using CATIA V5, a high-end CAD software. CAD data for mock-ups (solid modeling) To reproduce a state close to the final product, we create it while considering thickness and strength. We also conduct simplified designs while considering ease of assembly, fitting parts, and internal components. Organic design CAD data Since it is created on CAD surfaces, it is easier to use in later processes compared to automatically generated point cloud data. It is particularly useful for creating shapes that are difficult with conventional CAD or when you want to determine the orientation of a shape.

■ Features Instead of 2D representations like design sketches or CG, we conduct confirmation/verification of a product's appeal through realistic expressions that reproduce CMF (Color, Material, Finish) by applying secondary processes such as painting or fabric covering to prototype mocks or existing products. We pursue color reproduction and material texture, expressing the design intent of the envisioned product. Example: Want to bring an idea sketch to life? → We can create a design mockup for realistic consideration. (It is possible to produce even without 3D data; please consult us first.) Example: By applying a textured finish through painting on T0 molded products, it becomes possible to examine color and texture before mass production.
