Asahi Metal Co., Ltd. was founded in 1962 as a company that recycles metal scrap, starting with iron. Since then, we have expanded our operations to include various materials such as plastics, paper, and wood, and are committed to comprehensive recycling. Today, in our country, awareness of "environmental conservation" is increasing, and recycling has become widely accepted. The social system is also entering a transition to a circular economy, with various frameworks being established, including the enactment of various recycling laws. In this flow of the times, Asahi Metal's social role as a company dedicated to recycling is becoming increasingly significant. We aim to further develop the recycling technologies we have cultivated since our founding, striving for higher recycling rates while practicing safe, secure, appropriate, and efficient recycling that minimizes environmental impact. Asahi Metal wishes to remain a company that is always needed by society, at the forefront of business related to the environment and recycling operations.
