Yuan Head Industrial Co., Ltd. conducts research, development, and construction of the rebar welded joint "New NT Method." The New NT Method is a welding joint method for rebar using a semi-automatic carbon dioxide arc welding technique with a joint sleeve. The joint sleeve is made by bending steel materials into a semicircular shape, which allows for the maintenance of the axial alignment between the rebars. Additionally, the function of filling the welding metal as a backing plate enables the construction of welding joints with high strength and reliability. Compared to the conventional method of pressure welding joints, the New NT Method uses semi-automatic carbon dioxide shielded arc welding to weld rebars together, allowing for compact construction equipment that can adapt to various construction conditions, making it widely adopted in many projects across civil engineering and construction.
