The "K-2 Method" involves impregnating a K2 liner, which has a tubular resin absorption material covered with a plastic film on both the inner and outer surfaces, with thermosetting resin. This liner is then pulled and inserted into the pipeline, where liquid pressure is applied to the lining material, adhering it to the pipeline wall. The lining material is heated using hot water or a hot water shower, curing the thermosetting resin and forming a CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) within the pipeline. After curing, the plastic film on the inner surface is peeled away, completing the pipe rehabilitation process.
