Wako Sangyo Co., Ltd. has been contributing to regional development as a manufacturer of concrete secondary products since its establishment in 1973, with the slogan "Kind to people, kind to the community, kind to the environment." We have actively engaged in the employment of people with disabilities since our founding, and currently, about 40% of our employees are individuals with disabilities. We provide employment at our company and support the lives of people with disabilities through the nearby "Social Welfare Corporation Wakakokai," working to create an environment where individuals with disabilities can work normally. Our annual Wako Sangyo Cultural Lecture, featuring talks by prominent figures, is one of the initiatives we hold to express our gratitude to the local community for their support in the lives of people with disabilities. Our efforts extend beyond just the employment of people with disabilities; we have also made continuous efforts in developing new products and providing design consulting as a small to medium-sized enterprise. Moving forward, we will continue to promote the employment of people with disabilities while constantly considering "what we should do for regional development" and challenging ourselves in various ways.
