The Eco-Crushing Method (ECR Method) involves attaching specially processed casing to a dual-axis co-axial earth auger, which cuts the outer shell of existing piles while crushing them with a screw head. This low-vibration, low-noise method allows for the easy removal and crushing of the pile head, joint, and bottom plate, which have previously been considered difficult to handle. An air compressor is used as auxiliary support for excavation. Construction management is conducted through an integrated control device, enabling confirmation of the crushing and removal status.
