The "232M100 Series" is an electric hydraulic swing lip dock leveler composed of a platform and lip made of high-quality checker plate. The upper part of the platform and the lip are driven by hydraulic power. It can be operated by pressing just one push button, and during loading and unloading, the vertical movement of the vehicle is automatically adjusted. Additionally, the compact hydraulic power pack is located beneath the platform of the product and is connected to both cylinders by two hydraulic hoses. We would like to introduce our "Airbag Dock Leveler." We have adopted a combined top plate design that enhances system integrity and minimizes structural damage. More than six load-bearing U-beam pipes welded to the concentrated load point under the deck prevent "dishing" and extend the lifespan of the deck. The "Airbag Dock Leveler" is a product that operates safely and efficiently even under harsh conditions, such as environments with drastic temperature changes and high usage frequency. With a single push-button control station, the airbag inflates, lifting the deck and extending the lip.
