L-OSMO Solidification Type KK" is a solidification-type lithium silicate surface impregnation material that contributes to the preventive maintenance and longevity of existing concrete structures. It is effective for concrete surfaces that have become neutralized, where conventional silicate-based surface impregnation materials are not applicable. By densifying the concrete surface and sealing cracks of 0.2mm or less, it suppresses the progression of deterioration and reduces lifecycle costs. There is no change in appearance after application, and any deformation of the concrete can be visually confirmed. Reapplication is easy, and it can be used in conjunction with other methods. Preventive maintenance and longevity measures can be achieved on a low budget. No special qualifications are required, and it allows for quick and easy application. By modifying the base concrete with "L-OSMO Solidification Type KK," and then applying surface coating materials and cross-sectional repair materials, it is also effective for extending the lifespan by providing double protection to the concrete surface and its exterior (both inside and outside). It is also effective in areas with low applicability of silane-based surface impregnation materials, such as water accumulation points and cracked areas. *Due to the increase in the product lineup in 2023, the name has changed from "OSMO-KK" to "L-OSMO Solidification Type KK.

Free membership registrationThis is a repair method that uses a solidified silicate-based surface impregnation material for substrate modification in surface protection methods (surface coating and cross-section repair). By modifying the base concrete (substrate concrete) and then applying surface coating materials and cross-section repair materials, it provides double protection for the concrete surface and its exterior (both inside and outside), extending the lifespan of existing concrete structures. ■ Preventive maintenance and longevity measures can be implemented without significantly increasing the budget. By applying the solidified silicate-based surface impregnation method in addition to conventional repair methods, it is possible to keep costs down while implementing preventive maintenance and longevity measures. ■ The repair effect can be expected to last for a long time. Even if the surface coating materials (such as polymer cement mortar and paint) peel off, the dense protective layer inside the concrete suppresses the intrusion of deteriorating factors (moisture, chloride ions, carbon dioxide). ■ "L-OSMO Solidified Type KK" is a solidified lithium silicate-based surface impregnation material that contributes to preventive maintenance and longevity of existing concrete structures. - It is the optimal material for modifying base concrete (substrate modification). - The reactive silicate-based surface impregnation material can modify concrete that has become neutralized and is unsuitable for application.

Free membership registration"L-OSMO Reaction Type NE" is a sodium silicate-based surface impregnation material that contributes to the preventive maintenance and longevity of newly constructed concrete structures. By reducing the number of applications and the watering process for wet curing, it has achieved labor savings and cost reduction. It densifies the concrete surface and closes cracks of 0.2 mm or less, suppressing the progression of deterioration and reducing lifecycle costs. It has reactivity with calcium hydroxide, allowing for long-term modification effects. There are no changes in appearance after application, and any deformation of the concrete can be visually confirmed. Reapplication is easy, and it can be used in conjunction with other methods. Preventive maintenance and longevity measures can be achieved on a low budget. No special qualifications are required, allowing for quick and easy application. "L-OSMO Reaction Type NE" is one of the low-cost materials among sodium silicate-based surface impregnation materials. It is also effective in areas with low applicability of silane-based surface impregnation materials, such as water accumulation points and cracked areas.

Free membership registrationThe "L-OSMO Reactive Type XP" is a sodium silicate-based surface impregnation material that contributes to the preventive maintenance and longevity of newly constructed concrete structures. With an appropriate component formulation and a rich amount of dry solids, it achieves excellent modification effects. It densifies the concrete surface and closes cracks of 0.2mm or less, thereby suppressing the progression of deterioration and reducing lifecycle costs. It has reactivity with calcium hydroxide, allowing for long-term modification effects. There is no change in appearance after application, and any deformation of the concrete can be visually confirmed. Reapplication is easy, and it can be used in conjunction with other methods. Preventive maintenance and longevity measures can be achieved on a low budget. No special qualifications are required, and the application can be done quickly and easily. It is also effective in areas with low applicability of silane-based surface impregnation materials, such as water accumulation points and cracked areas. *Due to the increase in product lineup in 2023, the name has been changed from "OSMO-XP" to "L-OSMO Reactive Type XP."

Free membership registrationL-OSMO Reaction Type SG is a reactive silicate-based surface impregnation material that contributes to the preventive maintenance and longevity of concrete structures. (Contains lithium silicate, sodium silicate, and potassium silicate) By densifying the surface layer of concrete and sealing cracks of 0.2mm or less, it suppresses the progression of deterioration and reduces lifecycle costs. It has reactivity with calcium hydroxide, allowing for long-term modification effects. Although it is a reactive type, it still provides a modification effect on concrete that has undergone carbonation, although not as effective as "L-OSMO Solidified Type KK." There is no change in appearance after application, and any deformation of the concrete can be visually confirmed. *Due to the increase in product lineup in 2023, the name has been changed from "OSMO" to "L-OSMO Reaction Type SG."

Free membership registration"Colorless and transparent surface impregnation materials make performance and construction verification difficult." "Checking only the alkalinity does not confirm performance." "We want to avoid core drilling." ... We will solve such challenges. The on-site permeability test is a performance verification test for reliable silicate-based surface impregnation materials. By comparing the difference in permeability of the concrete before and after construction, a simple numerical performance verification test can be conducted on-site. Accurate measurements can be easily performed without the need for special equipment such as power supplies or compressors. There are two types available: for vertical surfaces and for horizontal surfaces. Please use them according to the construction surface. [Development Background] Aiming for a simple non-destructive method to verify the performance of silicate-based surface impregnation materials. Silicate-based surface impregnation materials have challenges such as being colorless and transparent, making performance and construction verification difficult; checking alkalinity with pH test strips does not confirm performance; and wanting to avoid permeability tests through core drilling as it damages structures. Ultimately, we arrived at the on-site permeability test. (Utility model registered in 2011) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
