We manufacture and sell square pipes (square tubes), shaped pipes (shaped tubes), and multi-layer pipes (multi-layer tubes) through cold roll forming processing from round tubes. There are various forming methods, including hot, warm, and cold forming, but among them, cold roll forming is characterized by its beautiful surface finish and the ability to form at a low cost compared to other methods. The pipe forming methods using forming rolls include the "extrusion roll method," where the base pipe (the pipe before forming) is pushed through the forming rolls; the "draw bench method," where the pipe is formed by pulling; and the "roll forming method," where the base pipe is advanced by driving the forming rolls. Nakayama Industries possesses these three methods, allowing us to select the optimal method to meet our customers' diverse needs. Furthermore, we create unique shaped pipes, square, shaped, and multi-layer pipes that are not produced or cannot be produced by other manufacturers, tailored to the sizes and shapes requested by our customers, adding our proprietary technology.
