We produce AC plugs, power cords, and power cables that meet the standards of various countries, ensuring safety, security, and high quality, all manufactured in Taiwan and provided to customers worldwide.
Daan Electric has obtained electrical standard certifications from various countries around the world and manufactures a variety of AC plugs, power cords, and power cables. We hold certifications for products that meet Japan's PSE (Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law) standards, as well as North America's UL standards, the UK's ASTA standards, and other international electrical standard certifications such as C-UL, CCC, IRAM, SAA, VDE, BSMI, and KTL, allowing us to meet our customers' diverse product needs. We provide safe, secure, and high-quality AC plugs, power cords, and power cables. In addition to products compliant with the RoHS directive, we also handle products that meet the low toxicity requirements of the EN-71 standard, and we have obtained the international certification ISO-9001 for international quality management. Furthermore, we conduct comprehensive continuity tests during the manufacturing process to ensure we provide high-quality and safe products. Business Activities
1986: Established in Taiwan for the purpose of wire processing and sales. 1988: Imported special-purpose wires, cables, and related products from Europe and the United States, as there was no local production technology in Taiwan. 1994: New factory established, began production of self-planned power cord products. 1996: Obtained ISO-9002 certification. Power cords received certification marks from various countries. 1999: Moved to a new company building. 2000: Completed factory expansion. Introduced the latest equipment, including large injection molding machines and related machinery. 2001: Merged with a factory in Miaoli Nanzhuang to strengthen the product development department. In the same year, obtained ASTA certification mark from the UK and BSMI certification mark from Taiwan. 2002: Mass production of self-developed products began, focusing on promoting overseas business. 2003: Obtained ISO-9001:2000 certification. Implemented an environmentally friendly product policy, ensuring that produced products comply with EN-71 standards. 2004: Introduced employee training systems and equipment such as molding machines, terminal crimping machines, and winding machines. Started providing ODM services. 2005: Began production of power cords compliant with RoHS standards. 2007: Established a new wire production factory. 2008: By starting in-house production of wires, we can provide power cords with more efficient and stable quality, enabling detailed responses to customers through an expanded product lineup.
