A speed revolution in precision sheet metal processing! We offer total speed services such as precision sheet metal prototyping, mass production, and sheet metal component design and development.
Since our establishment, we have shifted our business from press processing, which was our main focus, to precision sheet metal processing, specializing in small-batch production of various industrial equipment parts. To meet our customers' expectations, we have made efforts in quality management at an ISO 9000 level based on the latest sheet metal equipment and a consistent production management system. We have also obtained the "KES (Environmental Management System) Standard," a framework for managing and reducing environmental impact in our corporate management, and we are actively engaged in activities to improve the global environment. Moving forward, we aim to achieve "high quality and short delivery times" and strive to be a company chosen by our customers through our technology and ideas. We will grow into a company that contributes to society by realizing dreams through new challenges encountered in our work and through meeting people. By enabling our customers to easily develop and sell new products in small lots, we will assist in ensuring that manufacturing does not escape from Japan (to maintain Made in Japan).
Business Activities
We own a top-class nationwide total of 1,000 punch press molds, allowing us to accommodate various shapes and variables while keeping mold costs down. This eliminates the need to create new molds, reducing initial costs from product development to sales. Additionally, by eliminating the time required for mold production, we enable faster market entry for products compared to our competitors. For non-ferrous metal sheet parts like copper and aluminum, especially those with complex shapes, we utilize punch press processing instead of costly methods such as laser cutting or wire electrical discharge machining. We can also perform forming processes on copper and aluminum products, so there is no need to create press molds. We have a large number of punch press molds for forming processes such as louvers, counter sinks, and embossing, which eliminates the unnecessary time and costs associated with creating new molds. We not only beautifully finish hairlines and buffing on materials like SUS but also perform welding on copper and aluminum. Furthermore, we propose a welding-free (adhesive and riveting) sheet metal assembly method from the design stage. Our fast sheet metal processing technology is utilized across Japan's manufacturing industry and into entertainment.
