F Design Co., Ltd. envisions a house that is well-balanced in "durability," "ease of use," "beauty," and "affordability." Since the beginning of the 21st century, the environment surrounding housing has become unprecedentedly complex and diverse. High durability, high insulation, energy-saving, resource-saving, barrier-free, low-cost, measures against sick house syndrome, 10-year warranty, DIY, environmental consideration, renovation, recycling, earthquake resistance, and seismic isolation are just a few examples. However, all of these pertain to the performance of housing and are, in a sense, matters that should naturally be included or can change according to the values of the time. There are certain aspects that have remained constant in housing throughout the ages. Those are "durability," "ease of use," "beauty," and "affordability."
