We can manufacture cart trolleys tailored to your needs, starting from just one unit. Options include carts with W gates, folding doors, removable doors, security carts, and stainless steel carts. Custom covers for each cart can also be made to order. Please consult us for covers made of transparent vinyl, tarpaulin, or poly, as well as any other materials. Carts with plastic board coverings are also possible. Regarding the casters for the carts, we offer not only standard rubber wheels but also polyurethane wheels, nylon wheels, air-filled casters, and puncture-proof tires. Custom colors are also available. We can ship nationwide starting from just one unit.

The HVLS large ceiling fan NATURE-FANS2 has become maintenance-free with a PMSM motor (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) specification. It is a motor developed specifically for fans, offering exceptional durability. The weight has been reduced to 108 kg for the maximum diameter of 7.3 m, making it lighter than the previous model and reducing stress on the structure. The motor noise is also a maximum of 39 dB, making it almost inaudible from the ceiling. Our original specifications have been improved over a year in collaboration with the manufacturer for the Japanese market. It can be used year-round for heatstroke prevention, condensation prevention, energy saving, and virus countermeasures through ventilation. We constantly pursue product quality, and installation is entrusted to a single contractor with whom we have a contract, ensuring that we take responsibility for sales, including installation. Therefore, we do not engage in sales through agents. Please consult us as needed. We will ensure the reliable delivery of all products.

Our large ceiling fan, NATURE-FANS, is sold as an OEM product in collaboration with China, and we have independently established specifications that are not available from the manufacturer. As a company that regularly produces custom products, our commitment to uncompromising and continuous product development is also reflected in the OEM product, the large ceiling fan NATURE-FANS. We focus on maintaining construction quality by narrowing down to one contracted construction company, which will handle installations nationwide in Japan. For customers in distant locations, we may entrust the work to a cooperating company, but one supervisor will always be assigned to provide guidance. Currently, we are planning a new maintenance-free product through the development of a direct drive motor. When it meets our unique standards, we will transition to the new product.

The all-stainless steel cart manufactured by Tamatsu Seisakusho is made entirely by welding. Reinforcements are applied at the base of the handle and the corners of the cart, making it sturdy and long-lasting. To minimize bacterial adhesion, no pipes are used except for the handle. The standard material is stainless steel 304, but we also offer a specification in stainless steel 430.

The original cage carts from Tamatsu Seisakusho have increased strength by using steel welding for the front horizontal bar brackets. This ensures that the frame maintains its strength, preventing any warping of the pipes during transport when using lashing belts, thus enhancing durability. There are also three hinges on each side of the rear, whereas most manufacturers only use two to cut costs; we steadfastly maintain the superior strength of three. Cage carts are originally designed for transporting goods by truck, and securing products with lashing belts is essential for safe transportation.
