Quick and accurate response In customer support, our mission is to provide quick and accurate responses, which is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Our company was established with the aim of providing technical support to customers using FPD manufacturing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Since 2011, we have been recognized as the technical support department of Bauer Compressors, headquartered in Munich, Germany, conducting pre-shipment inspections, regular inspections, and repairs. In November 2015, at the request of our customers, we began acting as an intermediary for the repair and overhaul of atmospheric and vacuum robots from ASYS Automatic Systems (Germany). In February 2017, we signed a dealership agreement with PLUMETTAZ S.A. (Switzerland) for jetting/floating equipment used in FttH (Fiber To The Home) fiber optic installation and started sales. The technology that allows cables to be laid over several kilometers within ducts is innovative and greatly contributes to Japan's policy of eliminating utility poles, as well as the installation of network cables within buildings, factories, and accelerator facilities. Our company provides technical support for equipment sales, repairs, regular inspections, and more. We also support domestic and overseas manufacturers who wish to outsource technical support. Currently, we are aiming to expand our product offerings and partnerships.
