Business Activities
The "Screw Revolution Project," born in 2003 at Tsuruha Co., Ltd., began with the aim of bridging the gap between the design department and the manufacturing site. It started by conveying the "voices" accumulated in the manufacturing town of Higashi-Osaka and technical information about special screws to customers in the design department through the internet and newsletters. As a result, we have been able to continuously provide various customers with information on "how to make screws," "dimensional tolerances and cost reduction when designing special screws," and "special screws with high market circulation." Furthermore, the screw sales service "Screw Kuru," launched in 2008, delivers the necessary screws to customers around the world, one at a time, overcoming limitations of time, place, and quantity. Tsuruha Co., Ltd. will continue to provide technical information from the manufacturing town of Higashi-Osaka to many customers and contribute, albeit modestly, to the revitalization of Japan's manufacturing industry.
