At Rocky Kasei, we leverage our expertise in manufacturing plastic precision injection molded products, such as those for mobile phones, to produce a variety of resin products for industrial, medical, and beauty-related applications. Recently, we have been actively proposing VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) technical information, which can lead to cost reduction and quality improvement if reflected in the design, through our nationally certified first-class plastic molding technicians. We are working on creating a "Resin Injection Molding VA/VE Technical Handbook" that compiles this VA/VE technical information to assist designers and developers who need to reduce costs. Additionally, we focus on resin design, which is a crucial factor that influences the quality of resin injection molding, enabling us to eliminate failures and rework, reduce total costs, and bring products to market with a sense of urgency.
