Asakura Manufacturing specializes in soft and hard PVC injection molding and can quickly assist from development to mass production using 3D printers!

At Asakura Manufacturing, we have been creating various industrial products for 67 years, starting as a certified manufacturer of communication line products for NTT, and expanding to mass production of ABS and PC products for Canon and Olympus, as well as a consistent manufacturing process from telephone sets for NTT to molded products for emergency phones on highways and circuit board creation. In 2012, with the introduction of a 3D printer from Keyence, we began developing support services for prototyping and modeling, transforming our molding operations to focus primarily on injection molding of rigid and flexible PVC, which we have handled since our founding, allowing us to become a molding company capable of "development to mass production." As a result, the ability to create models using high-resolution 3D printers with acrylic or silicone materials has significantly shortened development periods, reduced costs, and improved quality by allowing shape verification during the development stage. This capability is also utilized as a communication tool during sales, meetings, and presentations. Additionally, driven by the belief that speed is crucial in development, we respond quickly from the exchange of drawings to the delivery of molded products, with delivery records spanning from Kyushu to Hokkaido.
