The corporate policy that Sankitechno Co., Ltd. is working on is to "contribute to the industrial sector with the high-performance floating oil recovery device 'Ecomore' and the compact 'Minimore.'" Sankitechno was established through the collaboration of a man who has been dedicated to technology related to oil-water separation and purification plants using UF membranes and pressurized flotation at a major engineering company for many years, and a man who has been involved in the development, manufacturing, and sales of floating oil and fine sludge recovery devices in recent years, well-acquainted with the needs of various domestic user groups. With 'Ecomore' and 'Minimore,' we aim to solve the floating oil problem for those using machine tools and cleaning machines. They can also be used for floating oil recovery in fields other than machining factories, such as food factories. In production sites struggling with floating oil and suspended sludge, our hope is for users to try our products and experience their effectiveness firsthand. We have increasingly heard feedback from customers saying, "I'm glad I tried it. The performance is definitely better than conventional products. I can use it with confidence," but the current situation is that our brand recognition is still low. Business Activities
We are primarily engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of floating oil and suspended fine sludge recovery devices, as well as coolant purification systems. Our company has traditionally contributed to the filtration and purification of circulating liquids used in various processes within factories and the wastewater discharged from them through optimal proposals and engineering of precision filtration devices using UF membranes (hollow fiber membranes). Based on these filtration and separation technologies, we developed the "Ecomore" device, which can stably suction floating oil accumulating in cutting, grinding fluids, and cleaning liquids that many machining factories struggle with, and the compact "Minimore" in late 2013 to spring 2014. These devices efficiently separate oil and water in a simple multi-stage structure based on specific gravity differences. We have already obtained patents for the stable suction technology and multi-stage specific gravity separation tank technology developed and adopted in "Ecomore" and "Minimore." Since their release, we have increasingly heard feedback from users already utilizing floating oil separation devices and oil skimmers, stating, "Using 'Ecomore,' we can reliably suction, recover, and separate in a shorter time than conventional products," which reflects the positive response from the field.
